St Augustine’s College is proud of its ICT facilities and provision of 21st Century learning. Information and Communications Technologies are integrated into all KLA programmes and courses offered at the College, so as to encourage students to develop those contemporary technological skills vital to the modern workplace.

Furthermore, our teaching staff are constantly expanding and adapting their lesson delivery to incorporate the newest and most relevant educational technologies.

At St Augustine’s, we are always aiming to expand our already very impressive technological facilities and currently believe we are leading the way in embedded ICT learning. Our facilities include:

1:1 Laptop programme for Year 5 and 6 students, Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) programme for Year 7 to 12 students. All classrooms and learning spaces equipped with Interactive Flat Panel TVs. WiFi throughout the College provides access to the College online learning environment. Three ICT labs (two Apple iMacs, one Windows), 8 PCs. A huge library of portable audio-visual equipment. Two digital video streaming systems for educational videos, Clickview  and DVC.

It is the belief of the St Augustine’s College community that ICT has moved beyond simply being a tool for learning but is now the fuel that drives it.  With this philosophy and a dedicated team of forward thinking ICT-confident teachers, the College is providing a rich, modern learning environment for all its students.
