The Parents' and Friends Association (P & F) is a voluntary organisation involved in a wide range of College activities. The P & F Associaton is a vital link between the College and the parent body with a meeting held once per term where the school Principal and his staff can meet the parents and friends on a social level to give their overview of the College activities and policies, as well as hear the parent body ideas and suggestions.
The primary aim of the P & F Association is to provide parents and friends of the school with easy access to the school community and opportunities to become involved in social events and fundraising. Some of the school activities the P & F supports through the year are the College Cocktail Party, Open Day, and the College Walkathon.
P & F Association events and initiatives include:
- The Middle School P & F Father & Son Breakfast at the beginning of each year. Over 500 Dads (or male figures) and their sons attend this popular outdoor BBQ, using the opportunity to meet their son’s teachers and peers in a casual environment.
- The annual Social Evening. These are very popular for being a ‘friend-raising evening’ and are always well attended.
- The P & F Association has created Parent Supporter Tops for sale – lets you be seen supporting your son at sports and other events.

Many parents regularly help out with the running of the canteen and uniform shop as well as coaching and managing sporting teams, participating in school excursions and other cultural pursuits such as the Band Committee and Mock Trials. In keeping with the College’s aim of developing positive male influences for the boys, we encourage the involvement of Fathers, Old Boys and Past Parents to join us at our many College activities & functions. There’s an activity or role to suit those with little time or time availability limited to a particular part of the year. We encourage you to contact the P&F Committee!
