Since its inception in 2004 the squad size and performance of the Rowing Program has grown from strength to strength. The squad has grown from four St Augustine’s boys pioneering the sport starting for Mosman Rowing Club. Only a year later they started in St Augustine’s colours and the squad has grown to 33 boys and four coaches in 2013. 

We are the only Rowing School on the Northern Beaches Peninsula. The SAC Rowing Program is relatively small but has reached a high quality standard.

SAC Rowers have achieved successes at the highest schoolboy levels in Australia, the most prestigious ones of our 1st Four and 1st Y10 8+ have been: 

·         NSW Championships - Silver 2011, Bronze 2013, Gold 2014

·         Australian Championships - Finalist 2012, 2013, Bronze 2014

·         Riverview Gold Cup 1st IVs – Sydney University Cup 2014/2015

·         3x Australian Representatives while still at School

Since 2014 the College starts competing in eight oar boats and reached the Final at the Australian Nationals in the School Boy Yr 10 eights.
