Refunds
Should you accept your enrolment at St Augustines College and pay monies as required on the invoice but find you are unable to start the course on the dates detailed in the provisional enrolment letter, for any reason, you qualify for a refund. All monies paid will be refunded less the non refundable enrolment fee of AU$825 which covers the College's costs in processing your application. In the event your visa is refused, $500 or 5% of monies paid (whichever is the lesser amount) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Applications for a refund should be made in writing to the Business Services Manager at St Augustine's College as soon you are aware that the student is unable to attend the College. Refunds will be paid within 4 weeks from receipt of letter.
Once a student commences at St Augustine's College no refund provisions will apply if the student withdraws, or ceases the course for any reason, part way through the course.
