An Irresistible Art Class for Parents

Join us for a fun afternoon in the new art studios where you will create a painting under the tuition of our Visual Arts Faculty Coordinator with students assisting. All materials and afternoon tea will be provided. Saturday 14th March, 2020 at 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

This event is a fundraiser for our Creative and Performing Arts Tour to the USA in April.

Please note, in order to be involved in Stage Band, players of all instruments need to be involved in the Concert Band first.  The only exception to this is guitar, as guitar players must first be involved in one of the guitar ensembles.

Jazz Ensemble is by invitation and audition only.

OPEN DAY

Students in selected Music and Drama ensembles will be performing at Open Day on Friday 28 February.

Please refer to the schedule to ensure that students are at their respective performance venues at least 15 minutes before scheduled performance times.

All students will be required to wear their full summer school uniform to the College on Open Day. College sport uniform is not to be worn. Your son may wish to bring a fresh College white shirt to change into after Period 6. 

All ensemble members should realise that they are part of a ‘team’ and ensure that they arrive on time.  All musicians must have their instrument and any music, spare reeds etc as required for this high-profile public performance.  Students must check the schedule carefully and note if they are in more than one ensemble/band.

Please note, Music or Drama students will not be conducting College Tours during Open Day.

At 2:30pm, all students will help with the setup of the three venues and then move to registration and a afternoon tea.
