On behalf of the College Foundation welcome back to all returning families and a warm welcome to new families joining St Augustine’s College. We are looking forward to another exciting year for the College and our community.
For the past six years, the Foundation has been building relationships, engaging with our College community and growing a culture of philanthropy while staying true to our Augustinian roots. Funds raised through the Foundation support current initiatives to assist with the education of all our students. Since our launch the Foundation continues to be embraced by the College community – parents, students, Old Boys, staff and friends.
Dinner Dance and Golf Day
Each year the Foundation hosts two major fundraising events. Please put these dates in your diary!
- Saturday 24 August – “Diamante Dinner Dance” at the fabulous Manly Pavilion Ballroom.
- Tuesday 29 October – Saints Community Golf Day and Lunch at the superb Cromer Golf Club.
We are planning a spectacular night with live and silent auctions and a live band, at the Dinner Dance.
We look forward to bringing you these exciting events and other programs and opportunities in 2019.
SAOBA (Old Boys) Life Membership
Parents of boys in Year 7-12 will notice on their school invoice a compulsory fee for SAOBA (Old Boys) Life Membership. Payments made in Year 7-12 are a way of spreading this cost over time so that your sons will enjoy Life Membership once they leave the College. This membership is a special and unique gift to your son, which will last a lifetime.
SAOBA (Old Boys) Life Membership provides:
- regular communication and information regarding class reunions, Old Boys networking and sporting opportunities as well as invitations to a variety of SAOBA events and functions
- communication via Communitas magazine, website, Foundation E-News, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
