In Tutor Groups this term, we have been teaching the value of humility. Students have been expressing this value through two interventions: expressing gratitude and effective apologies.
Students discussed the role of the apology before learning the four steps in an effective apology. They critiqued the apologies of David Warner and Cameron Bancroft post ‘ball- tampering scandal’ and role played this skill.
