Year 8 and 9 OEG Camps – Week 9, Term 3
A reminder regarding dates for the Year 8 and Year 9 OEG Camps during Week 9 of Term 3:
Year 9 – Monday 17 September to Friday 21 September, inclusive.
Year 8 – Wednesday 19 September to Friday 21 September, inclusive.
Parent information letters have been emailed to all families this week and copies are also located via the Saints Online ATLAS portal under Latest news.

The website details comprehensive information on the following: What to Bring (also attached), Gearing up Videos, The Food and FAQ, we ask the boys to familiarise themselves with this this information prior to departure.
We emphasise that this camp is a compulsory student College activity, any issues regarding attendance should be discussed with the respective Student Formation Leader.
Wednesday Community Masses
Whole Community Invitation - Wednesday, 8 August
We warmly extend an invitation to all, parents, staff and students to our Community Mass on Wednesday 8 August, which coincides with the feast of St Mary Mackillop, where we will dedicate some time responding to last year’s recommendations of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. We may not be personally responsible but as part of the whole Catholic Church we see it as important to acknowledge past wrongdoings of Catholic Institutions and also see it as an important time to recommit our sincere efforts to continue to keep all children in our care safe and free from any abuse. As a symbolic measure we will pray and bless a small tree that later will be planted. This symbolic action will be a reminder of this acknowledgement and recommitment to all in our community.
