We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PDHPE Teacher to join our energetic and supportive teaching team. This is a permanent full-time position, ideal for an educator who is passionate about student wellbeing, physical education, and health literacy.
Your Role: As a member of our teaching team, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive PDHPE lessons that promote physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
- Inspire students to develop lifelong healthy habits and a love for physical activity.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the College’s sport and co-curricular programs as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing across the curriculum.
- Support the College’s Augustinian Catholic ethos and contribute to its academic, spiritual, and co-curricular life.
- Support the Augustinian Catholic culture of our College.
What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in Education with a PDHPE teaching specialisation (including NESA accreditation to teach in NSW).
- A passion for student wellbeing, physical education, and health.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
- A commitment to child safety and Catholic education values.
- A willingness to contribute to the broader life of the College, including co-curricular and pastoral programs.
- The ability to work collaboratively
