International Enrolment Procedure

Enrolment Applications for 2025 are now open.

1. Complete the 2025 International Student Application Form and submit it to the International Executive Officer, Vivian Cao, with the following supporting documents:
   1. Past School reports
   2. Copy of student birth certificate and passport
   3. Copy of English language test result (IELTS, AEAS or IDAT)
   4. Copy of English language school report (if currently at language school)
   5. At least one recommendation letter from a current teacher (must include detailed contact information)
   6. Please complete Medical Forms if necessary
2. The applicant will be required to have an online interview with the International Executive Officer - Vivian Cao.
3. Once your application has been processed and approved, an Enrolment Offer letter will be sent. The Enrolment Offer letter, together with the International Student Application for Enrolment form, will form the Written Agreement. All pages of both documents MUST be signed and returned before, or at the same time, as the fees are paid.
4. Upon receipt of the school fees, and all required documentation, the College Registrar will issue a CoE and CAAW (if required) and forward copies of these to the parents/agent.
