We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused individual to join our team as a Study Supervisor. This role is ideal for a former teacher, education assistant, or anyone with experience working directly with students in a school or youth-focused setting.
About the Role
As a Study Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a respectful and focused atmosphere during student study periods. You’ll liaise with teaching staff, support student wellbeing, and ensure accurate attendance records are maintained.
This is a term-time only, averaged position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:30pm. The position will commence either in Term 4 or Term 1 2026 (to be confirmed with the preferred candidate).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students during designated study periods
- Promote a calm, respectful and productive learning atmosphere
- Liaise with staff to support student learning and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate attendance and behavioural records
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Is confident in managing student behaviour with consistency and care
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in student wellbeing and academic success
- Brings experience from a teaching or student support background (preferred)
- Respects the values and ethos of Catholic education.
