About the Role
As an ICT Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems across the campus. You'll provide hands-on technical support to staff, students, and the wider school community, helping to create a positive and effective learning atmosphere through reliable technology management.
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment.
- Support users with software installations, password resets, and connectivity issues
- Maintain and configure systems including Kissflow workflows
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly
- Assist with system maintenance, performance monitoring, and asset tracking
- Contribute to documentation, user guides, and staff training initiatives
- Uphold data security policies and assist with backup and disaster recovery procedures
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer-facing IT support role (education sector experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with cloud-based system
- Exposure to Kissflow or similar workflow platforms is desirable
- Certificate of Diploma in Information Technology (or currently studying)
- The ability to work collaboratively with peers and leadership
