The Role
We are seeking a College Registrar to lead and manage the student enrolment process. This pivotal role ensures a smooth and professional admissions experience for families and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College.
As our Registrar, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing an enrolment strategy aligned with the College’s objectives and priorities
- Evaluate enrolment data, market trends and stakeholder insights to guide planning and decision-making
- Managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure clear and engaging communication with prospective families
- Supervise and support the Assistant Registrar in day-to-day operations
- Coordinate enrolment interviews and events such as Open Day, tours, and parent information evenings
- Work closely with the International Office regarding overseas student admissions
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Experience in a similar role in a school environment (min 3 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Advanced computer literacy
- Commitment to the Catholic and St Augustine's educational values and child safety.
